Who are you and what do you do?
I am Colleen Sipple and I am a Keto Coach.
What is your Keto experience?
When my husband was ready to retire, I found Keto through a friend who was having great success. It got my attention! I began listening to YouTube videos and collecting recipes. Using My Fitness Pal, I set macros and recorded every bite of food I ate. I was successful in losing 28 pounds in 5 months, stalled for 2 months and was very discouraged when the same friend told me about Speed Keto. Using the 31 day plan, complete with recipes and meal plan (and no macros counting), I was very successful! Losing 52 more pounds, over 65 inches and 8 pant/dress sizes has been so exciting!
How has Keto helped improve your life?
Since beginning Speed Keto, I have no more joint pain, IBS symptoms, bloating and fatigue. I can run again, ride my bicycle, hike in the woods with my husband, and chase my toddler grandson around at age 67!
What do you love about Keto?
I love having energy again, and losing inflammation in my body.
Why did you decide to become a coach?
With a passion for helping people, coaching others in the techniques I have learned in my Keto journey is a new adventure!

Completing the Ketosis Training Institute coaching certification as well as helping family and friends in their Keto journey has equipped me to coach!
