This delicious, light vinaigrette is seasoned perfectly to drizzle over a bowl full of fresh leafy greens.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 3/4 olive oil
- 1 tsp. pink salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 – 1 1/2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- a dash of Stevia
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse to mix. Serve or chill in the refrigerate to enjoy!
Makes: about 12 ounces of dressing.
