Light Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing | Healthy Keto Recipe

This delicious, light vinaigrette is seasoned perfectly to drizzle over a bowl full of fresh leafy greens.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 3/4 olive oil
  • 1 tsp. pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 – 1 1/2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • a dash of Stevia

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse to mix. Serve or chill in the refrigerate to enjoy!

Makes: about 12 ounces of dressing.
